Hi Sunil,
I am looking for volunteers for our project "ASHA" community project. This project is to help kids from slums, orphanages and underpriviliged backgrounds to earn their livelihood and lead a decent life like us.
The total project cost would be around 20 Lakhs and we welcome volunteers to donate or willing to lend few hours in training the below mentioned courses.
Any amount is welcome and we can issue reciept for Tax exemption.
We require used computers in working condition, Cloths, Sewing machinery, Threads, paint brushes, papers & colours.
We are giving free skills classes to kids in Sunbeam orphanage and in Subhash Nagar on hosur road. Anybody who is willing to teach computers, tailoring classes, embriodery, painting and dancing. Two times a week Starting from 10th April.

About the Project:
ASHA - emphasizing learning
This project was started with the help of family and few friends with a vision to help children by giving them education and skilled training to the under privileged background children from Slums, Orphanages and who are physically challenged.
In this project “ASHA” we are giving free classes in Tailoring, Beautician course, Car driving, Painting, Carpentry, Computer basic training, Car mechanic training & Hand embroidery.
These training will be provided at the below mentioned centers:
1. Sunbeam orphanage, Bangalore
2. One Slum Area, Bangalore
These children after completion of skilled training can get a job and can be independent and lead a good life.
As you know very well children are tomorrow’s future and we being in this society should & must do something for the bright future of the children from Slums, Orphanages and who are physically challenged who cannot afford to learn some skilled courses. These types of free courses from us can make them independent and can lead a better life.
This small effort from all of us can make a huge difference in the life of each child.
We want each and everyone to be part of this Project by joining hands and working together for this project to be successful.
