We are looking for Business Development Executive with ideally, 2 - 4 years Experience in Business Development in IT Recruitment.

Education: Any graduate

Looking for Business Development Executives to work for the Indian market to help the company achieve aggressive sales goals.

The ideal candidate will have Sales experience & existing Accounts Management Relationship in the industry.

Minimum of 2 years of Business Development experience.

Must have a proven track record

Strong Rolodex of prospective customers

Excellent presentation, communication, Business proposal and negotiation skills

Excellent Business sense in identification of opportunities, ability to propose convincing solutions to the prospects and closing deals

Knowledge of enterprise and IT skills Identification of new clients and opportunities

Prospecting and lead management

Exceptional ability to develop new customer relationships and maintain existing relationships with client decision makers

A team player; aggressive and a self-starter

Superior oral and written, proposal preparation and presentation skills.

Ability to creatively resolve people and project related issues.

Focused on meeting client expectations

Maintain prompt, open communications with clients and provide them with accurate and timely information

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
