Services offered for ASC and AMC:-
During the contract period, preventive maintenance, virus prevention maintenance and back up maintenance shall be carried out once in three months.
Unlimited break-down calls.
Since the engineers are well qualified, the time taken to diagnose the problem and solve it will be minimal.
The response time for attending breakdown calls will be 4 hrs on an average.
Standbys shall be provided till the defective item gets repaired.
All the components used in the
computer shall be of the best quality ensuring maximum uptime.
In case you want to upgrade or add a new peripheral to existing
computer, ROOTSAN shall not charge for the service.
In case you want to shift the
computer from your present location to other location, ROOTSAN shall help you reinstall the system in your new location without any extra charges.
We shall maintain a file of all breakdown calls and Preventive maintenance call report, which can be checked periodically by your authorities. Any suggestions to improve our service shall be gracefully accepted and implemented.
