client in Bangalore Looking for CLUB MANAGER / Leader

Attitude
Must have a friendly, outgoing personality
Must exhibit sensitivity to all employees; be patient and
courteous listener with the ability to put people at ease
and show empathy
Must be unquestionably honest
Must be circumspect in behavior and set a good example for
employees
Must have a good self-image and be able to command the
respect of the employees and members
Must have an open mind and be willing to learn from others
Must have a positive attitude about the club and be able
to convey that to the employees and the members
Duties Responsibilities :
Organize the club into operational departments.
Carry out one to one meetings with department heads at
least every two weeks.
Conduct joint departmental meeting once a month.
Training sessions every week.
Monitor day-to-day operations of all departments.
Conduct job interviews.
Provide initial training and orientation for all new
department heads.
When a new employee is hired, conduct an induction, going
over company policies and reviewing their job description.
Conduct employee evaluation once in three months.
Administer discipline.
Develop procedures and controls to assure proper
management of each department.
Work with department managers to carry out staff training
and development programs.
Supervise the membership sales department, including all
sales staff.
Actively sell membership.
Coordinate all marketing and advertising with the
Director.
Establish and monitor the club budget.
Review profit and loss statements and management reports
monthly.
Each day review daily cash reports and keep department
heads aware of any areas that need improvement.
Employee satisfaction and team building.

Salary : Industries standards
Experience -4-5 years.
