Salaried or individuals income tax filing for the fy-2008-2009 in Bangalore

Hi,

This is to inform you that, the due date for filing of your Income tax was over on 31st July 2009.

But still they can file there Income Tax Returns after due date also without Penalty, if you are filing your tax returns before 31st, Mar 2010.

And Penalty will be levy if you file after 31st Mar 2010 or not filed.
