We are presently building 3 sheds of 90000 sq ft. One shed is 33000 sq ft and the other is 57000 sq ft twin sheds. The gable wall height is 32 ft and the side wall height is 24 ft. One more shed construction of 25000 sq ft has started and this is the expansion plan.Totally the area will be 115000 sq ft in a single compound and covered by 8 foot security wall.
The whole place is according to Vasthu. The site is east facing and the bore well is situated to the extreme north east which is according to vasthu.
We have 24 hrs electricity, power is drawn from the Industrial express line.
Adequate water is available.
We are also building 10 labour sheds with bathroom and toilet facilities.
Parking space of 2 acres approx 90000 sq ft is available.
We have also taken approval / license from the competent authorities for building the godowns. This is a freehold property and we are the absolute owners.
The exposed ( parking) area will be tarred and the flooring of the godowns iv VDF (Vacuum dewatered flooring ) in other terms Industrial flooring.
The project now is at the roofing level and the entire project will be finished by
1 to 2 months time. We have plugged almost all loopholes faced in other storage facilities. We have also applied for commercial conversion of the land.
Location of the proposed warehouses is Nelamangala. It is located adjacent to Bangalore Bombay Highway. These are placed just after Kingfisher Breweries and just before Pepsi and Kemwell Industries. Properties are 3.5 Kms after the JAS tollgate. And these are 0.3 Kms from the main highway.
